Welcome to the official website and mobile app of His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Mohamed Hassan Abdelghafar (referred to as “we” or “the platform”). We attach great importance to your privacy and are committed to protecting any information that may arise from your use of our electronic services. All the scholarly and da'wah content of the platform, including audio lessons, video series, books, fatwas and short clips, is available to the public completely free of charge without needing to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information.
- We do not collect identity data: We do not collect or store names, addresses, phone numbers, or bank accounts.
- We do not request location permissions: The app and the website never determine or track your geographic location (GPS).
- Optional contact and question forms: When you send an inquiry through the “Contact us” page or the “Fatwa request” form, the data you provide voluntarily (such as your name, email and the text of the question) is used only to answer your inquiry or contact you about it, and is not used in any marketing or promotional lists.
Mobile App Permissions
The mobile app works on the minimum permissions necessary only to run the app's functions, as follows:
Necessary to connect to the server to fetch new lessons, play the live broadcast, and stream audio and video clips.
Used exclusively when the user chooses to download an audio lecture in MP3 format or a book in PDF format to their device, so they can listen or read without an internet connection. The app does not access any personal files, photos or other media on your device.
Cookies and Cache
The website may use necessary, temporary technical cookies (Cookies or Local Storage) to ensure its proper technical performance, such as remembering the playback position in the audio player or saving general display preferences. These files do not contain any personally identifiable information and you can clear or disable them at any time from your browser settings.
